Change of Communication Method to Text Messaging

We are transitioning to sending more communications via text message for patients who have a registered mobile number with us. Each month, we send a high volume of letters by post. To improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact, we are gradually shifting to text messaging where possible. If you change your mobile number, please update your details with us to ensure you continue receiving important notifications.
