We are here for you if you need us for urgent matters which you feel need to be seen on the day but hopefully this will be an exceptional circumstance. For more routine health concerns and problems we will see you as soon as we can and normally with 10 days although during periods of high demand you may have to book further in advance. To arrange either a telephone or surgery appointment simply contact the surgery or via our online service.
For Those Who Have Chronic Illnesses
We have developed a dedicated and cutting edge system for the monitoring and optimisation of more long term conditions. The "multi" clinic focuses on improving your quality of life, making sure you understand things and helps you take charge of your health. One blood test and one review appointment replaces several different clinics you may have had before.
All the patient areas including waiting room, consulting rooms and one toilet at reception have wheelchair access. A hearing loop is in place at the reception desk. A wheelchair is available at reception. Designated disabled parking spaces are located nearest to the entrance to the practice
We have a growing number of patients who are entirely housebound and our GP and district nursing teams regularly provide care at home. Visits can be requested by calling the surgery and a member of the medical team will call you back and explore things in more detail.
